Michelin Loyalty Programme
Historically, the tyre and automotive industry is highly competitive and the brand was looking for a way to not only stand out from a crowded market, but also have a direct competitive advantage while increasing customers’ average basket spend.
An industry first! The Michelin Torque loyalty programme was born. We created a custom built loyalty programme that highly incentivises sales staff and store managers in tyre retailers to sell Michelin products.
Based on an invoice upload system, an easy-to-access responsive website and mobi-site, the programme instantly rewards sales staff and store managers with highly relevant rewards including cash, airtime and grocery vouchers.
We also custom built the reporting analytics dashboard in order to track results and gain data capturing analysis. Additionally, the system also allows us to keep record of and communicate to sales staff.
